RETURN POLICY

In order to ensure each and every customer has the opportunity to purchase a brand new instrument that has never been previously purchased and played outside of our shop, Bluedog Guitars has a strict No Refund policy – after all, would you want to buy a ‘new’ guitar that was in someone else’s home for up to 30 days? 

The No Refund policy has been extended to used instruments that are consigned to Bluedog Guitars.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Bluedog Guitars ships merchandise internationally. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Most guitars shipped to the US do not have require taxes or duties to be paid, but if required, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bluedog Guitars is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

SALES TAX

Bluedog Guitars charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable Provincial sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. No taxes are charged for guitars shipped to the US.
