A true classic from the era that defined the sound of acoustic guitar, this twelve string Martin was lovingly brought back from the edge of despair by master luthier Eiichi Ishakawa (Shuriya Guitarcraft). As a D-35 from 1966, the back is an exquisite troika of Brazilian Rosewood from the coffers in Nazareth PA before the spectre of scarcity took hold and the guitar industry landscape began to change. The Sitka Spruce soundboard remains crack free and except for the replacement of the pick-guard the instrument is all original and retains the glorious orchestral timbre that is unmistakeable across any genre.
