Purchases, Deposits and Returns
We run a really laid-back, no pressure store, so please feel free to spend as much time as you like here with the guitar you are interested in purchasing. No refunds - 7 day return for exchange only.
We offer an interest-free three-month layaway plan. Deposits on lay-away instruments and custom orders are non-refundable or transferable. Lay-away is for a maximum 3 month period: if the instrument is not paid in full within this time, you will lose your deposit.
Due to length of shipping time, duty and other logistical issues, all international sales outside of Canada are final. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes or custom charges.
Payment is available over the phone by credit card for Canadian and US customers. International customers must use bank wire transfer for all payments.
